What does EYESHINE do?

How does EYESHINE work?
The active ingredient complex stimulates the blood circulation and provides a refreshing feeling along the sensitive eye area. The menthol contained has a cooling and revitalising effect.
Tocopherol (vitamin E) is an effective antioxidant and moisturises. Wrinkles and puffiness are reduced and prevented. Two natural active ingredients, tested in numerous clinical studies, are responsible for this multiple action of the new lifting and firming cream EYESHINE: Silk Tree (Albizia julibrissin) and Heavenly Herb (Siegesbeckia orientalis). The silk tree, which comes from Asia, promotes the elasticity and resilience of the skin. It loses its suppleness due to external stress factors such as intense sunlight or internal factors such as nicotine and alcohol consumption as well as a diet rich in sugar and fat. If, for example, excess sugar molecules cannot be used to produce energy, they attach themselves to proteins, harden them (glycation) and thus prevent the body's own elastin and collagen from repairing sensitive skin tissue. This leads to deep shadows under the eyes, swelling and sagging, wrinkled skin. The healing properties of the silk tree counteract this hardening process. The second active ingredient, the Heavenly Herb, known in India as a medicinal plant, has a healing and soothing effect. It protects the skin cells from dangerous free radicals, stimulates the detoxification system and strengthens the skin structure.
How is EYESHINE used?
Thanks to the metal applicator, which provides additional cooling, EYESHINE is easy to apply at a slight distance from the eye. Even a small amount is enough. Then massage EYESHINE further into the delicate skin around the eyes by gently tapping.
